Hailing from Boston, Massachusetts is none other than PIMPDADDYDANE, a prospering rapper who has garnered a solid listenership from both in and out of the Bay State. Following a spree of music video releases over the last couple of years, she's finally paved the way for her debut album, Trap Goddess, to be released.
Featuring fellow MA natives such as Brandon James, Flako Dash, and Maye Star, Trap Goddess ultimately snowballs into a microcosm for the development of Boston's emerging Hip-Hop scene. The strong presence that PIMPDADDYDANE exudes on each of her forthcoming drops is an aspect of her artistry that continually takes center stage. Her ability to flow atop an ever-widening array of trap beats is notable to say the least, as she finds a new way to cast a light on her rapping talents with each trip to the studio.
Some standouts off of this project for me are "Midas Touch", "Wit Da Gang", and "Murda She Wrote". All of these mentioned tracks provide a solid foundation with respect to understanding the artist that PIMPDADDYDANE is at her core. Despite this though, I wholeheartedly recommend giving this tape in its entirety a spin.
