By: Shamus Hill Brockton has swiftly become one of the more reputable locations within Massachusetts as a direct result of the music that has been exiting the city. Leading the charge has been the large cast of creatives that make up Van Buren Records. Since the release of Bad For Press earlier this year, their name is one that has quickly grown in popularity amongst fans of music from both inside and outside the state of Massachusetts. Today, the Brockton natives make yet another appearance on Mass Music Radio following the release of the official music video for "RELAX". Shot on the dormant Brockton Fair Grounds, this Simon Morrison-directed visual is one that brilliantly showcases the interconnectedness that is prevalent not just within VB, but within VB and the City of Brockton itself. Since meeting with the mayor towards the tail-end of 2020 and even receiving an award for their creative endeavors, the guys at Van Buren have really done an amazing job at putting on for their city. Like Saint Lyor said earlier on – "No I'm not from Boston, ET I'm from Brockton!". There's no better exemplification of this than what is provided here on this release. Featured on this song are Saint Lyor, Luke Bar$, Jiles, and Lord Felix. With each of these individuals putting their best foot forward to provide wondrous anecdotes of their respective artistries, "RELAX" is certainly one of the most notable additions to their catalog of music up through this point in time. If you haven't heard Bad For Press as of yet, then you already know what you should be doing today! Watch the official music video for "RELAX" below:
