By: Shamus Hill Cassh Cartel may be a newcomer to Mass Music Radio listeners, however don't let this statement overshadow what this Boston artist is capable of accomplishing. Early last month, he linked up with M9 Visuals and dropped off the official music video for his single "Falling", and since then has steadily been building up his brand alongside fellow Boston artists B Blazo and Bando Baby. Since familiarizing myself with Cassh Cartel earlier this year, I've grown incredibly fond of his discography. While I still think that he's in the midst of developing what will ultimately become a sound of his own, Cassh's ability to put a song together is certainly apparent. My favorite offerings of his are typically on more of the melodic side, however Cassh Cartel has also showcased how talented of a rapper he is as well. On tracks like "Mad At" and "We Coolin PT. 2" featuring B Blazo, Cassh exemplifies this wonderfully. Boston has quickly become an East Coast hub for Hip-Hop music, and it's young artists such as Cassh Cartel who make this possible.
